A gallery show in a book, the collection contains 15 pieces based on influences of surrealism and expressionism. All the pieces in the book are original digital illustrations. The pieces are free of constraint regarding story telling or the rules of design. They are pure inspiration; pure idea. Each piece seems to be “about” something but I don’t attempt to interpret or decipher any story or meaning form each piece. The entire concept of the book being to create figurative scenarios not grounded by any rules or format of the real world. Any theme or messaging is purely relative to the viewer. The entire collection is tied together only through some very basic aesthetic and stylistic elements.
